Movra text message terms
AP Performance LLC (DBA Movra)
What you get. Texts from AP Performance LLC (DBA Movra) about a call you booked or asked for with us: a confirmation, reminders, a note if we miss you, and replies to what you text us. They come from Vexa, our AI scheduling assistant, or from Austin Paulsen, our founder. We don’t send promotional texts.
How you sign up. By ticking “Text me about this call” on movra.app, by saying yes when we ask in an Instagram or Facebook message, or by saying yes when Vexa asks on a call. Agreeing is optional and is not a condition of buying anything.
The exact words we use.
- On movra.app: the checkbox above.
- In an Instagram or Facebook message, before we take your number: “Can I text you the confirmation and a reminder for this call at that number? It's from Movra, about this call only. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP anytime.”
- When Vexa asks on a call: “Can I text you a confirmation and a reminder at this number? It's from Movra, just about this call, two to four texts. Message rates may apply, and you can reply stop anytime.”
How often. It varies, usually 2 to 4 texts per booked call.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply.
Stopping. Reply STOP to any text and you’ll get one confirmation and nothing more. Reply START to opt back in.
