More than one location
One plan for your whole company. Every location live in about two months.
Each location gets the same RTM install and the same three promises as a single clinic, under one agreement. Your first location is live in 5 business days, and the rest follow on a schedule we set together.
The rollout
How a company goes live.
1 · On the call
Every location gets its own audit
Each site’s caseload and payer mix, counted on its own. Its enrollment target comes from its own numbers, not the company average.
2 · Business day 5
Your first location goes live
5 business days from signing. We learn your front desk, your EMR, and your biller at one site before the rest start.
3 · Around week 2
The rest follow on a set schedule
Two at a time or all at once, on dates written into the agreement. Most companies are fully live in six to eight weeks.
What the company gets
Many locations, run as one.
The platform already runs a company as one account with a dashboard per location. The install puts every site on it.
- ✓
One agreement
Every location, its start date, and its setup, signed once. Payment goes on file at signing, so nobody approves each new location.
- ✓
One bill
Program fees for every live location on a single company invoice.
- ✓
One dashboard
Every location side by side, and each one on its own.
- ✓
One packet for your central biller
Claims-ready by the 5th, covering every location.
- ✓
The same promises at every site
The 5-40-5 Guarantee applies to each location, on its own clock from its own go-live.
- ✓
Your clinicians keep the clinical work
Movra runs the program. Your employees perform every clinical minute and keep what it earns.
Questions
What multi-location owners ask first.
What does it cost for several locations?+
The same as a single clinic, per location. Flat fees set in advance, never a percentage of what you collect, and no markup for being a company. We walk the numbers on the call with each location’s audit in front of you.
Can we start with one location and see how it goes?+
Yes, inside the company plan. Your first location goes live first either way. If you would rather see it deliver before the rest start, the agreement can say that if location one misses any of the three promises, you cancel the locations that have not started, at no charge. What we don’t recommend is waiting months to decide: every month a location waits is a month of monitoring it cannot bill, and Medicare does not pay for months that have already passed.
What if one of our locations is small?+
Its target comes from its own audit. A site that can support 40 patients gets the 40-in-30 promise; a smaller site gets its audited number, written into the schedule.
Who should be on the call?+
Whoever signs off, and whoever runs billing. With more than one location, both are usually on the decision, and nearly every question that stalls this conversation is a billing question.
Can you handle our size?+
We start 4 to 6 locations a month, founder-run. Your rollout dates are set together on the call and locked in the agreement, so your schedule is held for you.
Where to start: run the audit once, with the whole company’s numbers, and pick “9 or more, or several locations.” Your sheet comes back, and the call to plan every location books right there.

Your active patients, your payer mix, your state. Back comes the Medicare floor with its basis, each payer checked against published RTM policy, what has gone unbilled since January, a twelve-month ramp, and a straight answer on whether you clear the 40-patient bar.
