Movra CRM

Movra CRM is the customer-relationship software Movra builds and runs. We use it for our own business, and we set it up for a small number of client businesses, each in its own separate copy.

What it does

• Brings a business’s Facebook Page and Instagram business account messages and comments into one inbox.
• Helps the business answer them. Replies can be drafted with AI assistance and are sent only from the business’s own Page or account.
• Publishes the business’s own posts at the times they schedule.
• Shows how their posts perform: likes, comments and reach.
• Keeps track of the people they talk to and where each conversation stands.

How a business connects

A business connects its own Facebook Page and Instagram account by signing in with Facebook and approving the access Movra CRM asks for. It can remove that access at any time in its Facebook or Instagram settings.

How we use the data

• We use what Facebook and Instagram share with Movra CRM only to provide this service to the business that connected it.
• Each business sees only its own data.
• We don’t sell it, share it between businesses, or use it for advertising.
• A business can ask us to delete its data at any time. See Data deletion.
