For employers
A health program for your crew. We run it, not you.
A done-for-you employee wellness program for construction, trades, and field crews. Everyone gets their own plan in the Movra app, and you get a one-page report every month. Everything in between is ours: sign-ups, follow-up, and the records. You won’t need to hire anyone to run it.

What we’re doing
Week 3 dipped with the rain. We’re at Tuesday’s safety meeting to get the fifteen who slipped back on.

Five things owners say about crew health programs.
“Our health plan goes up every year.”
Family coverage rose 6% last year, to about $27,000 a worker, while prices overall rose 2.7%. KFF Employer Health Benefits Survey, 2025
We won’t promise your costs go down. Anyone who does in 90 days is guessing. What you will have is a monthly count of who’s taking part, to bring to your renewal meeting.
“We tried a wellness thing. Nobody used it.”
In a typical year, only 20 to 40 percent of eligible employees take part in a workplace wellness program. RAND
Usually because nobody signed them up and nobody followed up. We do both: sign-ups in the room at the kickoff, and a person following up every week.
“Nobody here has time to run it.”
You name one person for a few hours over the first 90 days. Everything else is ours.
“My guys work ten hours on their feet. They won’t do it after that.”
They don’t have to start there. Each person’s plan starts where they are, with short sessions at home that fit around a physical job.
“I’d never know if it’s working.”
A one-page report by the 5th of every month: who signed up, who’s active, and what we’re doing about anyone slipping.

Six questions. The steps that get most of a crew signed up, dated for your company and worked back from your renewal. Yours to use, with us or without us.
Your part
Two things from you. We run the rest.
If you bought software, someone in your office would sign everyone up, chase the stragglers, and build the reports. Realistically, that’s a new hire. Here, it’s us.
You · 1
Name one person
Ideally whoever runs your safety meetings. They get us in the door and tell the crew it’s real. A few hours over the first 90 days.
You · 2
Open the kickoff
Two minutes at the start. We write what you say.

The first 90 days
How it runs.
Weeks 1–2
Set up
Your office sends the crew list. We set you up, print the cards, and write the announcement with you in one 30-minute call.
Kickoff
Everyone signs up
Fifteen minutes at a safety meeting or a breakfast at the shop. Phones out, and we help everyone sign up before it ends.
Month 1
See where everyone starts
Each person gets a plan built from where they are today. No pressure. We learn where the crew really starts.
Months 2–3
Build the habit
Each person works toward their own target. When people start slipping, we step in.
Day 90
Your call
Keep going, change what you want, or stop.
The report lands by the 5th of every month: who signed up, who’s active week by week, and what we’re doing about anyone slipping. Your free plan puts real dates on every step.

What your crew sees, and what you see.

Your crew: scan, sign up, their own plan. We play this at the kickoff too.

You: one page by the 5th. Participation only, never anyone’s health.
The 14-80-5 Guarantee
14 days to go live. 80% of your crew signed up in 30. Your report by the 5th.
Miss one and we keep working at no charge until it’s met.

80%
of your crew
signed up within 30 days
Sign-ups happen in the room at the kickoff, and we find the rest at their site. That is how we can promise it.
5th
of the month
your report lands, every month
One page on your desk: who signed up, who’s active, and what we’re doing about anyone slipping. Never late.
We promise the work we control. How active your crew stays after sign-up is what the reports show you, not something anyone can promise.
Who it’s for
Built for companies that carry their own crew’s health.
You pay your own health claims
Self-funded, level-funded, or in a captive. Your crew’s health is your own line item, not a carrier’s.
Your crew works with its hands
Construction, trades, manufacturing, field services. About 50 to 500 people, and an owner who makes the call.
Not quite you? Build the plan anyway.
Regular insurance premium, no company plan yet, or a smaller crew: the program runs the same, and the case for it is strongest when you pay your own claims. Looking at self-funding or a captive? The year before the switch is the best time to start. Either way, Austin will give you a straight answer.
The lines we hold
What we do, and what we don’t.
You see participation, never health information
Who signed up and who’s active. Never anything medical. We tell every employee exactly what the company sees before they sign up.
We don’t write your plan’s rules
How your health plan rewards taking part is for your broker and your lawyer to design. We run the program.
We don’t promise lower claims in 90 days
The first 90 days show what your crew does. Whether costs move is a longer question, answered by your plan’s own reports.
One flat fee, set in advance
Based on how many people are on your crew, by the same formula for every company. Never a cut of premiums, claims, or savings.
Who runs it
The person who built the program runs your kickoff.

“I run every employer kickoff myself, one company at a time. I spent ten years coaching people to train, and the plan was never the hard part. Showing up week after week was. That’s the part we take off your plate, and the report on the 5th shows you it’s happening.”

What owners ask first.
How is this different from a wellness app?+
An app is software. Someone in your office would still have to sign everyone up, chase the ones who stop, and build the reports. We do all of that, and the app is what your crew uses.
Do we need IT, or to share our health plan data?+
No. Your office sends us a crew list with names and work emails. Everyone signs up on their own phone. We never see your claims, and you never see anyone’s health information.
What if the crew doesn’t sign up?+
Sign-up happens at the kickoff, phone by phone, with us there to help. Anyone who misses it, we find at their job site that week. If 80% aren’t signed up within 30 days, we keep working at no charge until they are.
Can family members join?+
Not yet. If it matters for your crew, tell Austin on the call.
What about the slow season, or winter layoffs?+
It’s on their phone, so it keeps running when crews are off.
What does it cost?+
A flat monthly fee, set in advance, based on how many people are on your crew. Every company pays by the same formula. You start with a 90-day pilot and decide at day 90. Get your free crew plan first, then Austin walks you through the numbers on a short call.
I’m a broker, or I run a captive. Can we talk?+
Yes, please. Build a plan for a client’s crew and forward it, or write to Austin and say who you work with.
